Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development, scripting, and integrations. The candidate should be comfortable working with both pro-code and low-code/no-code tools to build scalable and secure ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules

• Develop workflows, scripts, and integrations

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and implement requirements

• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems

• Develop Service Portal widgets and complex workflows

• Use UI Builder, Service Portal, Creator Studio, and App Engine Studio for development

• Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting

• Create and maintain technical documentation

• Follow best practices for configuration, security, and governance

• Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and platform enhancements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience

• Experience implementing or customizing ServiceNow CSM, FSM, and SOM

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow domain separation and security

• Experience with client-callable and server-side scripting

• Strong JavaScript knowledge including Rhino engine

• Experience with AngularJS, jQuery, Node.js

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Apache Jelly, and Groovy

• Strong experience with Service Portal development

• Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code tools such as Creator Studio and App Engine Studio

• Strong understanding of REST APIs, web technologies, and data structures

• Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub

• ServiceNow certifications CIS (FSM, CSM) and CAD (Certified Application Developer) are required
