Job Description
Job Title Security SOC Analyst Role Summary Operate security operations in a Regional and Global Security Operations Center, monitoring and responding to physical security events, video analytics, access control, and alarm systems to protect client personnel, assets, and information. Expectations - 24/7 shift coverage, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. - Maintain composure and analytical rigor under pressure. - Deliver accurate, timely incident documentation and communication. - Demonstrate confidentiality and professional judgment in all interactions. Key Responsibilities - Monitor live video feeds, alarm panels, IT‑based security systems, and emergency response alerts. - Respond to critical incidents, coordinate on‑scene actions, and liaise with local/remote responders. - Conduct regular and random physical patrols of client properties. - Log, triage, and report incidents to Shift Manager and GPS management. - Maintain accurate event logs, correspondence, and system updates. - Execute standard operating procedures for RSOC and GSOC environments. - Provide high‑level customer service to client staff and sites. Required Skills - Minimum 2 years in a 24x7 security operations or global command environment. - Incident assessment, triage, and response with calm decision‑making. - Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, and data entry (25 wpm, ≥75 % accuracy). - Basic technical knowledge of IP networks, LAN/WAN, and security hardware. - Understanding of GDPR and data protection best practices. - Strong verbal and written communication, discretion, and confidentiality. - Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work autonomously.
