Job title: Senior IT Technician Role Summary: Deliver advanced technical support for Microsoft 365 and Windows 10/11 environments, diagnosing complex issues and ensuring high customer satisfaction through remote and on‑site assistance. Expectations: Minimum 2 years in 1st–3rd line MSP support; ability to handle early and late shifts; clean driving licence for occasional on‑site work.
