**Job title:** AI Program Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead and govern the enterprise‑wide Artificial Intelligence program, translating strategic AI vision into actionable, high‑impact projects across multiple brands and regions. Drive the design, execution, and measurement of AI initiatives that deliver measurable financial and operational results.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver measurable ROI for AI initiatives.
- Act as the single point of contact for all AI programs and stakeholders.
- Communicate progress and insights to executive leadership and operational teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate all AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization’s digital and operational transformation roadmap.
- Lead quarterly governance reviews with the Executive Committee, consolidating performance, risks, and recommendations.
- Oversee execution of the AI roadmap (voice ordering, AI‑based upselling, order accuracy pilots, pricing assistants, fraud detection).
- Manage the AI Project Lead and regional project managers; ensure timely delivery, synergy, and scalability.
- Define, track, and report KPI, milestone, and dependency metrics across brands and functions.
- Build and maintain an AI program scorecard, measuring operational performance and financial ROI.
- Partner with Finance and Data teams to quantify productivity gains, sales uplift, and cost reductions.
- Identify new AI opportunities in automation, predictive analytics, and customer experience across the restaurant lifecycle.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, startups, and vendors to accelerate innovation.
- Champion AI adoption and culture across brands and regions.
- Support business units in translating AI concepts into actionable pilots and scalable deployments.
- Communicate progress, successes, and lessons learned clearly to all stakeholders.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven experience leading large‑scale AI, data, or automation programs in multinational settings.
- Strong program and stakeholder management skills in complex, matrixed environments.

- Cultural awareness and experience in multicultural European environments.
- Knowledge of modern AI applications (generative AI, agentic systems, machine learning) and their business implications.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
- Certified program management or AI/ML specialist credentials (e.g., PMP, Prince2, AI/ML certification from recognized institutions) preferred.
