About The Position
The Head of AI will lead QSRP’s enterprise-wide Artificial Intelligence program, driving the transformation of the group’s brands into data-driven, intelligent, and efficient restaurant ecosystems. This role acts as both a program manager and business enabler, ensuring that AI initiatives deliver measurable financial impact, operational efficiency, and superior customer experiences.
The ideal candidate combines strategic vision, hands-on program management experience, and strong communication skills — capable of turning AI potential into tangible business outcomes across multiple countries and brands.
These Will Be Your Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Governance
Coordinate all AI initiatives across QSRP, ensuring alignment with the company’s digital and operational transformation roadmap.
Act as the central point of contact between group-level programs (e.g., Internal GenAI Platform, Agentic AI, Finance Optimization, Data Quality Improvement) and regional projects.
Lead quarterly governance reviews with the Executive Committee, consolidating performance, risks, and recommendations for decision-making.
Program Management & Execution
Oversee execution of AI projects within the 2026–2028 roadmap, including Voice Ordering, AI-based Upselling, Order Accuracy pilots, Pricing & Promo Decision Assistants, and Fraud Detection.
Manage and coach the AI Project Lead, and coordinate with regional project managers to ensure timely delivery, synergy, and scalability.
Define and track KPIs, milestones, and dependencies across brands and functions.
Financial Impact & Performance Tracking
Build and maintain the AI program scorecard, measuring both operational performance and financial ROI.
Partner with Finance and Data teams to quantify productivity gains, sales uplift, and cost reductions from AI initiatives.
Report regularly to the Executive Committee, highlighting achievements and areas of opportunity.
Opportunity Identification & Innovation
Continuously identify new AI opportunities in automation, predictive analytics, and customer experience enhancement across the restaurant lifecycle — from marketing to operations.
Evaluate emerging technologies, startups, and vendors to accelerate innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Lead ideation sessions with business leaders to explore new value creation possibilities through AI.
Change Management & Communication
Champion AI adoption and culture across QSRP’s brands and regions.
Support business units in translating AI concepts into actionable pilots and scalable deployments.
Communicate progress, successes, and lessons learned clearly and regularly to all stakeholders.
What do you bring
7–10+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or program management, ideally within multinational organizations.
Proven experience leading AI, data, or automation programs at scale.
Strong understanding of modern AI applications (e.g. generative AI, agentic systems, machine learning) and their business implications.
