Job title: Salesforce Solution Architect
Role Summary
Lead the design and strategic direction of a Salesforce platform for Sales, Renewals, and Marketing at enterprise scale. Own architecture definition, roadmap creation, governance, and technical authority to ensure scalable, secure, and integrated solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
1. Define and maintain the overall Salesforce architecture, including design standards, best practices, and governance model.
2. Develop and own the Salesforce roadmap, prioritizing features, integrations, and platform enhancements.
3. Architect scalable, secure solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud, leveraging Lightning, Flow, APIs, and emerging data platforms.
4. Design and oversee integration solutions with ERP, data warehouses, analytics, and third‑party services, ensuring data integrity and performance.
5. Provide technical design authority during system enhancements, deployments, and upgrades; enforce consistency and quality across global rollouts.
6. Advocate and implement Salesforce automation, AI, and formula‑based solutions to increase automation and reduce manual effort.
7. Collaborate with stakeholders (product owners, business leaders, developers, and operations) to capture requirements, manage expectations, and demonstrate architectural value.
8. Mentor and lead the development team on architecture best practices, tool usage, and solution delivery.
9. Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and cost‑benefit analyses for new initiatives.
Required Skills
- 5+ years in Salesforce architectural roles with proven solution ownership at enterprise level
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Data), Lightning Components, Flow, Apex, APIs, and integration patterns
- Strong knowledge of enterprise integration, data governance, security, and performance tuning
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein Analytics, and AI/ML solutions
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical designs and communicate across technical and non‑technical audiences
- Leadership mindset with experience mentoring developers and managing cross‑functional teams
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred)
- Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified Data Architecture and Management Designer) are highly preferred.
