IT Service Desk Analyst -O365, Azure, Intune. - Dutch/ French language is a must.

Location- Brussels (3 Days in the office) - Travel to Paris is involved.

Rate - €300/Day

Duration – 12 Months

Start – ASAP

One of my clients is currently looking for a Service Desk Analyst. It’s a hybrid role based in Brussels.

Skills:

• Office 365, support,

• Azure

• Intune

• Topdesk or equivalent ( service now)

• Interpersonal skills

• Networking: troubleshooting( Meraki: reasonable understanding

• Hardware( Lenovo, HP

• Mobile devices

• Mac os

• Jamf

• Teamviewer

• Rebuilding devices

• Presentation skills

• Teams troubleshooting

• Knowledge management( recording their steps)

Language - Dutch/ French language is a must.
