**Job title:** Senior Salesforce Developer (Direct Hire)
**Role Summary:**
Lead architect and hands‑on developer to redesign and optimize a Salesforce org for best practices, performance, and maintainability. Focus on declarative and custom development across Sales, Marketing, and Data Clouds, integrating APIs and external systems, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring adherence to platform limits and security.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver production‑ready Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow solutions.
- Reengineer org structures to align with Salesforce release roadmap and internal governance.
- Collaborate with data integration teams (Mulesoft, APIs) to enable secure, efficient data flows.
- Remediate legacy code, review performance, and mitigate platform limit thresholds.
- Mentor and coach developers and stakeholders on Salesforce capabilities and best practices.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Salesforce releases, integration patterns, and emerging technologies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and implement Apex triggers, classes, batch processes, and REST/SOAP services.
- Build and test LWC components, UI pages, and custom interfaces.
- Configure and optimize Sales Cloud; extend to Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud where applicable.
- Work with Service Cloud and other Salesforce ecosystem components as needed.
- Plan, document, and execute data integration projects using APIs, REST, SOAP, and Mulesoft.
- Analyze org health, monitor limits, and propose architectural improvements.
- Lead code reviews, quality gates, and documentation for maintainability.
- Mentor junior developers and facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Participate in release management, sandbox administration, and continuous delivery pipelines.
**Required Skills:**
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, senior/lead level.
- Advanced Apex coding, including bulkification, test coverage, and governor‑limit management.
- Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components.
- Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud; Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud proficiency is a plus.
- Experience with Service Cloud and other Salesforce clouds.
- Strong understanding of Flows, Process Builder, and declarative automation.
- API development experience (REST/SOAP) and integration with external systems.
- Familiarity with MuleSoft or similar integration platforms.
- Ability to remediate legacy code and optimize org performance.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and mentoring skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred).
- Salesforce certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II (mandatory)
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (preferred)
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or equivalent (strongly preferred).
