Job title: Senior Customer Success Manager Role Summary: Lead the primary relationship with Lumar's largest clients, ensuring maximum value from the platform, driving engagement, adoption, and retention while coordinating cross‑functional support and renewal negotiations. Expectations: Deliver exceptional service for a portfolio of high‑value accounts, demonstrate mastery of the SaaS product within a fast‑paced environment, maintain precise client records, and actively contribute client insights to product and marketing teams. Key Responsibilities: - Own end‑to‑end account management for assigned enterprise clients, ensuring successful adoption and usage of the platform. - Design and execute structured onboarding programmes, including training and ongoing support. - Collaborate with Professional Services to coordinate deliverables and ensure on‑time completion. - Negotiate contract renewals, secure renewals and expansion opportunities, and manage churn risk. - Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date client information in HubSpot and related systems. - Gather, analyze, and share client feedback with product, engineering, and marketing to inform roadmap and messaging. - Build and sustain brand loyalty through proactive, personable client interactions. - Represent the company at industry events when required. Required Skills: - Minimum 3 years of Customer Success experience within a SaaS organization. - Strong written and verbal communication, with evidence of effective presentation skills. - Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot). - Ability to learn technical product concepts quickly and apply them to client challenges. - High self‑motivation, initiative, and ambition in a dynamic environment. - Excellent relational skills: building trust, influencing, and negotiating. - Curiosity and enthusiasm for SEO, AI, and digital marketing trends.
