What you’ll be doing
As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our largest clients, ensuring they receive maximum value from our products and services. You will play a key role in building strong, long-lasting relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and supporting our clients’ growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure that Lumar clients understand and receive the absolute most value out of the Lumar platform, driving engagement and adoption
Lead a structured onboarding programme, including training and providing relevant support
Coordinate with Professional Services team to ensure timely completion of key deliverables
Negotiate renewals and secure retention of your portfolio of clients
Oversee the day-to-day account administration of clients
Maintain accurate client records in Hubspot and other systems
Collaborate with other departments to provide feedback and insight from clients
Build brand loyalty by being personable, proactive and supporting in all client interactions
Represent Lumar at various industry events
Key Criteria
A self-starter who has the ability to deliver in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
An excellent communicator who can quickly build strong relationships with clients
Fluent written and spoken English, with strong presentation skills
A strong potential to learn a technical product inside out
A high degree of self-motivation and ambition
A genuine interest in the technology space
A naturally curious mind with a passion for keeping up with the latest trends and developments within the SEO, AI and digital marketing industry
A minimum of 3 years experience in a Customer Success role within a SaaS organisation
Experience with CRM software

Salary: £50,000-£57,500 based on experience + bonus
