**Job Title:** EU Service Centre Lead Southwest **Role Summary:** Lead and develop a cross‑border Service Centre team to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring SLA compliance and continuous improvement of operational metrics. Act as the liaison between customers, field service engineers, and internal ABB departments to enhance the overall service experience. **Expactations:** - Deliver consistent, high‑quality customer service that exceeds expectations. - Maintain and improve SLA performance across all regions. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning. **Key Responsibilities:** - Direct and coach service centre personnel, providing ongoing development and performance feedback. - Design, implement, and monitor day‑to‑day operational metrics and KPIs. - Coordinate with Field Service, sales, and other ABB functions to resolve customer issues swiftly. - Evaluate and act on service-related data to improve response times and customer satisfaction. - Support daily operational tasks as required, ensuring smooth workflow. - Lead change initiatives that increase efficiency and support business commitments. **Required Skills:** - Proven leadership and team‑management experience (minimum 3+ years in a managerial role). - Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination abilities. - Analytical mindset with problem‑solving capabilities. - Detail‑oriented, organized, and effective time‑management skills. - Customer‑centric focus with a commitment to service excellence. - Ability to devise innovative solutions for service challenges. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline. - Mandatory CRM and ERP proficiency (SAP and Salesforce Service Cloud experience preferred). - Proficiency in at least one other European language is an advantage. **Additional Advantages:** - Experience in dispatching field service engineers. - Experience managing teams across multiple geographical countries.
