Job Description: Job title: Senior Salesforce Architect Role Summary: Remote Salesforce architecture lead responsible for integrating and overseeing Sales Cloud, FSC, Pardot, and supporting systems during contractual transition and ongoing operations. Expactations: 6‑month contract with potential extension, requiring time overlap for handover and knowledge transfer with the departing architect. Key Responsibilities - Manage post‑transaction integration between two Salesforce instances. - Oversee disconnections/reconnections to external Nomura systems. - Provide oversight of Sales Cloud, FSC, Pardot, and related Salesforce components. - Coordinate integrations, data loads, API usage, automation, and related tooling. - Collaborate with infrastructure teams and vendors on telephony integration, SSL, authentication, and other connectivity issues. Required Skills - Extensive experience as a Salesforce architect, including Sales Cloud, FSC, and Pardot. - Deep understanding of integration patterns, data pipelines, and API implementation. - Knowledge of call routing and CX integrations (e.g., CX Engage). - Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑management abilities. Required Education & Certifications - Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or System Architect (or equivalent). - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
