Senior Salesforce Architect (looking for hands on Salesforce Architect)

This role is fully remote, working 8 AM – 5 PM Eastern Time.

· Needed due to the current architect going on maternity leave.

· Requires overlap time for handover and knowledge transfer (KT).

· Responsibilities:

o Manage post-transaction integration between two Salesforce instances.

o Oversee system disconnections/reconnections to Nomura systems.

o Provide oversight of Sales Cloud, FSC (Financial Services Cloud), Pardot, and other Salesforce components.

o Understand and coordinate integrations, data loaders, APIs, automation, and related tools.

o Collaborate with infrastructure teams and vendors (e.g., telephony integration, SSL, authentication, etc.).

· Skills:

o Deep Salesforce architecture experience (Sales Cloud, FSC, Pardot).

o Knowledge of integration patterns, data pipelines, and API usage.

o Understanding of call routing and CX integrations (currently CX Engage, but may change).

o Strong communication and leadership abilities.

· 6 months with possibility of extension.
