**Job title:** Senior Account Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead the development and execution of strategic account plans for high‑value SaaS fintech clients, driving revenue growth, retention, and expansion across multiple regions. Act as the principal commercial partner, aligning product solutions with customer objectives and ensuring successful adoption, onboarding, and long‑term partnership value.

- Deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility to senior management.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Own and execute strategic account plans, ensuring revenue growth and expansion.
- Serve as primary commercial point of contact, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders (Finance, Operations, IT).
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, positioning fintech solutions to address financial, administrative, and compliance challenges.
- Manage complex, consultative sales cycles including renewals, contract expansions, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and value realization.
- Drive platform adoption and usage by aligning product capabilities (payments, invoicing, APIs, data exchange) with customer workflows.
- Monitor account health using CRM systems, KPIs, and financial metrics; provide accurate forecasting and pipeline status.
- Coordinate technical discussions for integrations, APIs, and process optimization to support scalable, secure implementations.
- Act as strategic advisor, proactively identifying process improvement, digital transformation, and long‑term value opportunities.
**Required Skills:**
- Strategic account management in a SaaS/fintech environment.
- Consultative selling and complex negotiation competencies.
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management.
- Expertise in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI).
- Ability to manage extended sales cycles and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on metrics and forecasting.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related discipline.
- 5–10 years of account management or business development experience, preferably in SaaS or fintech.
- Proven track record managing strategic customer portfolios and negotiating agreements.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and performance analysis tools.
