Job Title: Data Analyst – Business Intelligence
Role Summary
Provide data‑driven intelligence for business stakeholders by analyzing, modelling, and visualizing data from the corporate data warehouse. Own end‑to‑end analytical tasks, translate business requirements into actionable insights, and support the development of dashboards, reports, and data products.

- Define requirements for new data products (data marts, reports, dashboards, data extracts, ML cases).
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable insights and guide implementation.
- Work independently, organize tasks, and deliver high‑quality outputs on time.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build relationships with business stakeholders and product owners.
2. Evaluate and document business needs regarding the data warehouse and intelligence solutions.
3. Support definition and design of new data products: data marts, reports, dashboards, extracts, and ML use‑cases.
4. Analyze and document data models in operational source systems; collaborate with development teams.
5. Compare business needs with existing models and data catalogs.
6. Design, document, and test data product changes to meet quality standards.
7. Assist in building reports and dashboards.
8. Provide advisory and guiding support during development and implementation of new or enhanced data products.
Required Skills
- 5+ years in data analysis and data modelling, preferably with data warehouse experience.
- Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, etc.).
- Knowledge of data modelling techniques (RDBMS, Kimball, Data Vault, Slowly Changing Dimensions).
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or banking back‑office systems.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Organized, proactive, results‑driven; able to work independently.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data, Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, Tableau Desktop Specialist) are an advantage but not mandatory.
Nice‑to‑Have
- Experience with Google Workspace, BigQuery, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of data governance practices.
