The mission of this role is to drive the achievement of sales targets across multiple regions by leading complex, high-value sales engagements and building long-term partnerships with key decision-makers. The position is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, contributing to sales strategy, forecasting, and budgeting in close collaboration with senior management. Through tailored value-driven presentations and proposals, the role ensures solutions are aligned with client objectives while delivering measurable business impact. The mission also includes optimizing sales processes, managing extended sales cycles with precision, and maintaining best-in-class sales administration standards.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of strategic, high-value accounts, driving revenue expansion while ensuring long-term customer success in a SaaS fintech environment. Your responsibilities will include:

Owning and executing strategic account plans to achieve revenue growth, retention, and expansion targets across complex enterprise clients.
Acting as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned accounts, building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, including finance, operations, and IT stakeholders.
Identifying and driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities by positioning fintech solutions that address customers’ financial, administrative, and compliance challenges.
Managing complex, consultative sales cycles, including renewals, contract expansions, and commercial negotiations.
Collaborating closely with internal sales, product, engineering, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and value realization.
Driving platform adoption and usage by aligning product capabilities (e.g., payments, invoicing, APIs, data exchange) with customer objectives and workflows.
Monitoring account health and performance using CRM systems, KPIs, and financial metrics, providing accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility to senior management.
Coordinating technical discussions related to integrations, APIs, and process optimization to support scalable and secure customer implementations.
Acting as a strategic advisor to customers, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement, digital transformation, and long-term value creation.

We Are Looking For Candidates Who Have

A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
5-10 years of experience in account management or business development, preferably in a SaaS or fintech environment.
Proven track record of managing a portfolio of strategic customers, relationship management, with strong experience in negotiating agreements, identifying new opportunities in a transformative environment.
Strong understanding of CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) to monitor partnership performance.
