Job Title: IAM Enterprise Security Architect
Role Summary: Architecture and implementation of identity and access management (IAM) solutions for enterprise clients, guiding strategy, governance, and technology deployment.
Expections: Deliver high‑quality IAM architecture, secure design, and implementation that aligns with client objectives; lead technical discussions; mentor staff; drive presales and project delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop IAM program strategies, roadmaps, and stakeholder‑oriented use cases.
- Design, validate, and justify IAM solutions consistent with industry best practices.
- Lead architecture discussions, governance development, and process definition.
- Deploy, integrate, configure, and architect IAM systems covering user lifecycle, access governance, provisioning, SSO, federation, and privileged account management.
- Develop and execute test plans; respond to Tier‑3 support escalations.
- Provide knowledge transfer, training, and customer service.
- Create technical project plans, manage resourcing, and ensure methodology compliance.
- Mentor junior associates and support presales activities (RFPs, SOWs).
- Engage in ongoing technical training to stay current with IAM trends.
Required Skills:
- SailPoint IdentityIQ & IDPowerSC expertise.
- Core Java and SQL proficiency.
- Experience with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Bitbucket).
- Basic AWS knowledge.
- Understanding of IDAM fundamentals and products such as Azure AD, Workday.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- Relevant IAM, security, or cloud certifications (e.g., CISSP, SailPoint Certified Professional, Azure AD Administrator Expert).
