**Job Title:** ServiceNow Lead Developer
**Role Summary:** Senior architect and project lead responsible for end‑to‑end ServiceNow implementations, custom application development, and team leadership across ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, and scoped application modules.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver full ServiceNow implementation projects on time and within scope.
- Guide a multidisciplinary team of developers, integrators, and support staff.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead multiple ServiceNow implementation projects and oversee complete lifecycle delivery.
- Manage team activities, providing coaching on implementation, integration, data migration, and enhancement work.
- Develop and administer custom applications, APIs, and UI components using JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, and CSS.
- Configure platform modules (ITSM, ITBM, ITOM) and implement discovery and run‑book automation.
- Define ITIL processes, assess risks, and recommend best‑practice solutions.
- Act as liaison between business analysts, process owners, and project management, delivering status reports and resolving issues.
- Provide post‑implementation support and continuous improvement initiatives.
**Required Skills:**
- 8–12 years' experience in ServiceNow administration, implementation, and configuration (ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, scoped apps).
- 5–8 years' direct ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS; Web programming best practices.
- Expertise in ServiceNow Discovery, Run‑Book Automation, and robust integration solutions.
- Proven experience leading implementation teams and managing project deliverables.
- Excellent communication, customer‑service orientation, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- ITIL Foundation certification (desired); additional ServiceNow certification(s) such as Certified Implementation Specialist, Developer, and Admin are preferred.
