Required Skills: - Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer in a commercial environment. - Strong hands‑on JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting expertise. - Experience with at least one ServiceNow module (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM). - Proficiency in REST/SOAP integrations and APIs. - Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model. - Ability to work independently in a contract setting. Expactations: Lead from analysis to delivery, architect solutions, govern CMDB/CSDM, and translate strategy into measurable outcomes while maintaining high‑quality documentation. Key Responsibilities - Provide ServiceNow technical leadership and enforce best practices. - Own project lifecycle: requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment. - Design and automate IT and business processes. - Define, implement, and govern CMDB and CSDM models. - Roll out new modules and platform enhancements. - Produce clear, comprehensive documentation of processes, solutions, and configurations.
