Project Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Lead Level Consultant to lead and deliver a ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) implementation for a leading security and strategic intelligence firm.

Key Responsibilities-

Solution Design & Architecture
Lead end-to-end technical design of the ServiceNow HRSD solution.
Define scalable architecture aligned with security and compliance requirements (highly regulated environment).
Provide technical leadership across HR workflows, data model, integrations, and access controls.
Produce HLD/LLD documentation and technical design artefacts.
HRSD Implementation

Lead the configuration and build of:

Core HRSD setup
HR Case Management
Agent Workspace for HR Case Management
Employee Center
HR Services & lifecycle events
HR Knowledge Management
Security roles, COEs, and data segregation
Integration Delivery
Design and implement integration between ServiceNow HRSD and Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR.
Define integration patterns (REST, SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub, etc.).
Ensure secure data exchange aligned with data protection and confidentiality standards.

Required Experience-

6+ years ServiceNow experience, with significant HRSD implementation exposure.
Proven experience delivering end-to-end HRSD implementations in enterprise environments.
Strong expertise in:
HR Case Management
Employee Center
Agent Workspace
HR Knowledge
Lifecycle Events

Rates (Outside IR35) Negotiable

All candidates must be actively living in the UK!
