**Job Title:** AI Engineer, Digital Transformation **Role Summary** Lead the development and implementation of AI and digital solutions to enhance audit, tax, and advisory services while improving operational efficiency and organizational growth. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver client and employee-facing technologies aligned with strategic goals. **Expectations** - Drive AI initiatives as part of Digital Transformation and IT teams. - Develop AI/ML models, NLP systems, and intelligent automation for financial workflows. - Integrate AI systems with ERP and accounting software. - Ensure compliance, data governance, and security for sensitive financial data. - Research emerging AI technologies and lead pilot programs for innovation. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models to automate workflows, analyze risks, and forecast financial trends. - Build NLP systems for financial document analysis, contract review, and client communication. - Implement predictive models for anomaly detection, fraud prevention, and tax strategy optimization. - Collaborate with accounting teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. - Integrate AI systems with audit platforms, tax software, and ERP systems. - Conduct API development, prompt engineering, and agentic AI solutions. - Evaluate AI technologies through proof-of-concept projects and build-vs-buy analyses. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages. - Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), Hugging Face, and NLP. - Azure cloud expertise: Azure AI, ML, Copilot, Fabric, PowerBI, Power Automate, OpenAI. - Data engineering skills including ETL, database management, and API integration. - Experience with GenAI LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and API-driven deployment. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field. - Minimum 5 years as a developer/data scientist; 2+ years deploying AI solutions in professional settings.
