**Job Title**
Dayforce Test Lead
**Role Summary**
Lead all testing activities for an enterprise‑wide Dayforce Workforce Management/HR Management System implementation. Drive test planning, execution, defect management, and QA team mentorship to ensure accurate, compliant, and high‑quality system delivery within a 1‑year contract.

* Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the QA team.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Create, review, and maintain comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts for Payroll, Workforce Management, Benefits, Scheduling, and integrations.
* Define scope, objectives, and timelines aligned with project milestones.
* Lead functional, integration, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
* Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and end users to validate requirements and resolve defects.
* Manage test environments and data, ensuring consistency and security.
* Log, track, and prioritize defects using tools such as Smartsheet; facilitate triage meetings.
* Mentor and coach QA team members on best practices, ensuring adherence to processes.
* Assign tasks, monitor progress, and report status to program leadership.
* Validate payroll calculations, compliance rules, and third‑party integrations.
* Ensure testing complies with organizational, audit, and regulatory requirements.
**Required Skills**
* 3+ years in a QA Lead role with deep knowledge of Dayforce WFM/HCM modules.
* Proven experience in Dayforce implementation or upgrade projects.
* Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Smartsheet).
* Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
* Stakeholder management and team leadership ability.
* Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
**Bonus**
* Automation testing experience.
* HR/Payroll compliance knowledge.
* Project Management designation.
* QA certification.
**Required Education & Certifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* Relevant QA or testing certifications (ISTQB, etc.) preferred but not mandatory.
