Job Title: Senior Manager, Social Marketing
Role Summary: Executive leader responsible for developing and executing social media strategy, creative ideation, and cross‑channel campaign plans; manages editorial calendar, content production, and reporting to achieve brand growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the social media editorial calendar and campaign planning, ensuring alignment with seasonal priorities and product launches.
• Lead creative ideation for campaigns, launches, and key storytelling moments across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
• Coordinate with Marketing Operations, e‑Commerce, and Brand teams to synchronize timelines, content needs, and go‑to‑market plans.
• Oversee content planning workflows, briefings, approvals, copywriting guidelines, and asset delivery.
• Partner with in‑house Creative and Content teams to produce video, photo, and live‑event assets; attend shoots to shape social‑first content.
• Guide creators on format experimentation, posting cadence, and new feature adoption.
• Produce weekly, monthly, and campaign‑level reporting that links performance to KPIs and informs optimization.
• Monitor platform analytics, algorithm changes, consumer trends, and competitive landscape to evolve strategy.
• Integrate influencer content with brand storytelling in collaboration with the Influencer Lead.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a growing social media team (coordinators, specialists, leads).
Required Skills:
• 7‑9+ years of social media or related marketing experience with proven blend of strategy, creative, and channel management.
• 3+ years of people management, demonstrated coaching and team development.
• Experience leading social strategy for a consumer brand (fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or retail).
• Portfolio showcasing trend‑fluency, creative concepts, and social‑first storytelling.
• Deep expertise in TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms (format, trends, audience).
• Proficiency with analytics tools (Sprout, Dash, native insights), strong Excel skills, and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Knowledge of FTC guidelines for influencer partnerships and risk mitigation.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination capabilities.
Required Education & Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Certifications in Social Media Strategy, Digital Analytics, or FTC Compliance (preferred).
