**Job Title**
Manager – People Advisory
**Role Summary**
Lead people advisory services for clients, driving strategic workforce planning, HR transformation, and technology adoption (Workday). Oversee end‑to‑end project delivery, commercial growth, and team performance, while translating data insights into actionable HR strategies.
**Expectations**

- Generate new business and support the expansion of people‑advisory service offerings.
- Develop and retain high‑performing staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Champion data‑driven HR solutions and stay current with AI and digital HR trends.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Project Management** – Plan, execute, and close people‑advisory projects; lead multidisciplinary teams (1‑5 members); manage scope, risks, and budgets.
2. **Commercial Management** – Identify prospects, craft pitches, prepare proposals, and manage client relationships from inception to closure; contribute to service‑offer development.
3. **People Management** – Coach, mentor, and evaluate team members; ensure adherence to quality standards and professional growth.
4. **Strategic Advisory** – Design and optimize HR operating models, workforce plans, skills frameworks, and digital HR initiatives (Workday HCM).
5. **Data & Insight** – Analyze HR data to uncover trends, recommend solutions, and measure impact.
6. **Stakeholder Communication** – Present insights, report progress, and influence decision‑makers across corporate and public sector clients.
**Required Skills**
- Master’s level education in HR, business, or related field (excellent results).
- Minimum 5 years in advisory or consulting, with proven experience in strategic workforce planning, skills management, HR transformation, HR process optimization, or Workday HCM.
- Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities; proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.
- Commercial acumen, client‑orientation, and hands‑on execution.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication in Dutch, French, and English.
- Project leadership (small to mid‑scale teams); proven ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
- Digital fluency, including AI literacy and ethical decision‑making.
- Networking and business‑development skills; ability to engage large corporate and public‑sector clients.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP/SHRM‑Senior or HRCI PHR/SPHR) preferred.
- Workday HCM certification or equivalent experience in work‑day systems is an asset.
