Job Description
Job Title: Customer Service Specialist Role Summary: Provide frontline support for B2B2C automotive clients, handling vehicle breakdowns and service requests via digital platforms, chat, voice, and supplier coordination. Operate within a 24/7 shift structure to ensure timely resolution of client issues and maintain service quality standards.
