For this reason, we are actively seeking a highly motivated Customer Service to join our global team to improve our processes and continuously ensure we deliver quality services.

Responsibilities:

Be part of an operational contact structure for managing clients in case of difficulties, such as vehicle breakdowns.
Oversee the digital support process, intervening where necessary.
Ensures the success of support via chat or voice channels, and/or by connecting directly with our network of suppliers.

Requirements:

Total availability for shifts 7/7
Good Knowledge of English/French
Previous experience in operations and/or customer service will be a plus
Team spirit
Remote/Ibrid
