Job Description
**Job Title** Quality Manager – Epack Pro Deployment & Training **Role Summary** Configure, deploy, and support the Epack Pro software and tablet solution for restaurant clients. Deliver user training, provide food‑safety consulting, and act as the primary quality liaison for the client sector. **Expectations** - Execute deployments and training across the assigned region. - Maintain high client satisfaction through effective solutions and corrective actions. - Optimize travel to maximize daily productivity. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct functional analyses and create technical requirements for clients. - Provide recommendations for food‑hygiene and safety compliance (HACCP). - Configure the Epack Pro system per client specifications. - Escalate technical prerequisites to IT infrastructure. - Deliver on‑site user training covering all modules and hardware. - Generate detailed reports and corrective‑action plans. - Provide Level 0 post‑sale technical support in collaboration with the User Service Team. - Report technical issues to User Service and product management for continuous improvement. - Collaborate with Quality Managers to share knowledge and improve perceived quality. - Report activity and results to the Team Lead Quality Manager. **Required Skills** - Experience in food‑service or restaurant quality control. - In‑depth knowledge of HACCP regulations and practices. - Proficiency with Epack Pro configuration, Odoo, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office. - Strong functional analysis and documentation abilities. - Effective training and facilitation methodology. - Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field. - HACCP certification (or equivalent) highly preferred.
