Job title: ServiceNow Developer
Role Summary: Deliver end‑to‑end ServiceNow solutions for ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and security operations, focusing on configuration, customization, integration, and quality assurance.
Expactations: • 4+ years of professional ServiceNow development and administration ✔️ • Strong verbal and written communication skills | • Proven ability to design, develop, and implement integrations (REST/SOAP, Azure AD, Mid Server) ✔️
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SecOps, ITAM, IRM) to meet business requirements.
• Develop and deploy user provisioning, incident, problem, change, and asset workflows.
• Design, code, and maintain CMDB data models and integrations.
• Build automated processes, dashboards, and reports using ServiceNow reporting tools.
• Conduct process flow analysis, redesign sessions, and technical design reviews.
• Perform quality assurance on deliverables, validate cross‑module impacts.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation (Design, Implementation, Configuration Plans).
Required Skills:
• ServiceNow development (JavaScript, AngularJS, REST, SOAP, HTML, CSS).
• Administration of ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SecOps, ITAM, IRM, CMDB, and SSO.
• Integration experience with Azure AD, Mid Server, and email systems.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Required Education & Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (or equivalent certification in ITSM/ITOM).
