**Job Title:** Business Process Improvement Analyst **Role Summary** Lead cross-functional business process improvement initiatives by analyzing, redesigning, and implementing operational workflows to enhance efficiency, consistency, and service delivery for internal and external stakeholders. **Expectations** 8+ years in enterprise business analysis, process improvement, stakeholder requirements elicitation, gap analysis, and change management. 5+ years in Lean methodologies, KPI development, and delivering quantifiable process outcomes. Preference for public-sector or regulated environment experience. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead process mapping, analysis, and redesign to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities. - Design and implement technology-driven solutions to optimize business processes and operational performance. - Develop documented requirements, future-state process models, and financial analyses (cost/benefit, ROI). - Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather insights, prioritize needs, and align on process improvement goals. - Translate process improvements into actionable procedures and guidance for implementation. - Collaborate across departments to support cross-functional projects, ensuring seamless integration of improved workflows. - Monitor and report on process performance metrics to measure effectiveness and sustainability of changes. **Required Skills** - Proficient in business process analysis, redesign, and documentation. - Expertise in stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and solution design. - Strong analytical skills for evaluating systems, workflows, and user needs. - Experience in change management, project collaboration, and financial impact assessment. - Ability to execute Lean process improvement and continuous improvement frameworks. **Required Education & Certifications** Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or related field (unspecified by role).
