Job Description

**Job Title** Senior Salesforce Full‑Stack Engineer **Role Summary** Design, develop, and support end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions for regulated, enterprise‑grade environments. Lead both backend (Apex, batch jobs, async processes) and frontend (Lightning Web Components) development, integrate Salesforce with external systems, and collaborate with backend, data, and AI teams. Directly engage with client stakeholders to deliver functional, compliant, and maintainable applications. **Expectations** - 40‑hour contract engagement; full availability during Eastern Time business hours. - Deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions on time and within scope. - Maintain clear communication with clients and cross‑functional teams. - Produce comprehensive documentation and technical specifications. - Adhere to data governance, security, and compliance requirements of regulated industries. **Key Responsibilities** - Architect and build comprehensive Salesforce solutions across complex enterprise orgs. - Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes. - Create Lightning Web Components for modern UI workflows. - Design and implement integrations with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs. - Support enterprise workflows, reporting, automation, and data governance. - Partner with backend, data, and AI teams on cross‑platform initiatives. - Work directly with client stakeholders to understand requirements, provide progress updates, and deliver solutions. **Required Skills** - Minimum 5 years of professional Salesforce development experience. - Strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL. - Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (REST/SOAP). - Expertise in complex Salesforce orgs and data modeling. - Preferably experience in BFSI or other regulated environments. - Excellent client‑facing communication and documentation skills. - Availability during Eastern Time Zone business hours. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications (preferred). - Additional Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification is a plus. ---
