Senior Salesforce Full-Stack Engineer – NextGen Coding Company

Location: USA-Based (Remote, EST hours required)

Compensation: $50/hour

Engagement: Contract (40 hours/week, long-term potential)

NextGen Coding Company is hiring a Senior Salesforce Full-Stack Engineer to design, build, and support enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions for regulated and client-facing environments. The role requires deep Salesforce expertise, strong integration experience, and the ability to collaborate across backend and AI teams when applicable.

Core Responsibilities

Design and develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions across complex enterprise orgs.
Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and async processes.
Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) to support modern UI and workflows.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
Support enterprise workflows, reporting, automations, and data governance needs.
Partner with backend, data, and AI teams to support cross-platform initiatives.
Work directly with client stakeholders and internal teams to deliver reliable solutions.

Required Skills and Experience

5+ years of professional Salesforce development experience.
Strong mastery of Apex, LWC, and SOQL.
Proven experience with Salesforce integrations (REST / SOAP).
Experience working with complex Salesforce orgs and data models.
Exposure to BFSI or other regulated environments strongly preferred.
Strong client-facing communication and documentation skills.
Full availability during Eastern Time Zone business hours.
