**Job title**
Product Owner – KPIs & Usage Analytics for Digital Health Services (Mon Espace Santé / DMP)
**Role Summary**
Own the development, validation, and continuous improvement of key performance indicators (KPIs) for a digital health platform that serves 23 million active accounts. Collaborate closely with statistical, data engineering, and product teams to deliver data‑driven insights, automate dashboards, and support strategic roadmap decisions. Champion data governance, technology scouting, and cross‑functional stakeholder engagement across health ecosystem partners.
**Expectations**
- Deliver timely, accurate KPI monitoring aligned with institutional objectives.
- Facilitate data‑driven decision making through descriptive and predictive analyses.
- Maintain strong collaboration with internal IT, data, and product teams, and external partners (healthcare professionals, insurers, regulatory bodies).
- Demonstrate initiative in advancing tooling and analytical capabilities, including AI‑based service enhancements.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define, validate, and refine KPIs for the digital health portfolio.
- Own the production process of KPI outputs, coordinating with data engineering for ETL pipelines.
- Generate descriptive, exploratory, and predictive analyses of product usage.
- Design, implement, and automate interactive dashboards and visualizations for stakeholders.
- Manage KPI lifecycle: refresh rates, reporting cadence, and alignment with strategic targets.
- Contribute to product road‑maps and advanced modelling projects, especially AI‑driven services.
- Uphold data governance standards and contribute to the organization’s data policy.
- Conduct technology watch in analytics and data visualization.
- Lead and participate in working groups with CNAM partners, insurers, ministries, and health regulators.
- Report findings and alerts to senior management with actionable insights.
**Required Skills**
- Proven mastery of decision‑support information systems: database querying (SQL, other), ETL, data engineering loops.
- Hands‑on experience with SAS, R, ELK, and Tableau (or equivalent BI tools).
- Strong data structuring, extraction, formatting, and statistical modeling abilities.
- Analytical thinking: correlation detection, anomaly spotting, and dashboard automation.
- Effective communication: written reports, presentations, and facilitation of multi‑stakeholder workshops.
- Self‑directed, organized, and meticulous with the capacity to work autonomously.
- Relationship building with both internal teams and external partners.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Intelligence, Data Science, Decision Support Systems, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Minimum of 5 years of data analysis experience in complex environments, preferably within health insurance or related public sector domains.
- Familiarity with French health insurance information systems is an asset.
