**Job Title:** Data Analyst **Role Summary:** Provide advanced data analysis, reporting, and market intelligence for a SaaS travel technology platform. Translate raw data into actionable insights and executive briefings while optimizing data collection and analytics processes. **Expectations:** - Deliver accurate, timely performance reports and forecasts. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define and prioritize business data needs. - Enhance data quality and reporting tools through continuous process improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Interpret, analyse, and present complex datasets to stakeholders. - Produce executive reports, briefings, and customized customer/supplier reports. - Collate operational and real‑time data, maintaining data systems and ensuring data integrity. - Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies; recommend actionable insights. - Liaise with development teams to improve reporting tools and data pipelines. - Diagnose data issues and implement corrective solutions. - Maintain and refine data collection, collation, and analysis procedures. **Required Skills:** - Strong analytical and quantitative reasoning. - Proficiency in Excel, XML, and Java. - Experience with statistical modelling and data visualization. - Excellent verbal and written communication, including presenting complex findings simply. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Undergraduate degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Natural Sciences or related field. - Proven experience as a business or data analyst in a technology or SaaS environment. ---
