The Role

We are seeking a highly technical and analytical Data Analyst to produce reports, statistics, market intelligence and forecasts using raw mathematical modelling and analysis. You will come from an analytical background with a mathematics, natural sciences or computer science degree and have proven experience analysing data in a technology business.

What you'll be doing

Interpreting data, analysing results, producing executive reports and briefings
Collating operational and real time data to produce custom reports
Actively suggesting improvements to data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimise statistical efficiency and quality
Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining data systems
Identifying, analysing and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets
Working with management to prioritise business and information needs
Locating, defining and improving any data collation and analysis processes
Ability to present data in a concise and user-friendly manner
Liaising with developers to improve the quality of the reporting tools and enhancements
Producing specific reports tailored for customers and suppliers
Producing daily performance reports in a timely manner
Diagnosing problems

What Experience You'll Have

Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Natural Sciences or Mathematics
Experience working as a business or data analyst in technology or SaaS business
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional, diplomatic with the ability to interface with customers
Analytical, knowledgeable and passionate about data analysis
Knowledge of Excel, XML and Java

We offer hybrid working which requires 3 days per week minimum to be based in our Central London office.
