Job Title: IT Technology Architect & Project Manager
Role Summary: Design, maintain, and evolve the organization’s IT architecture while leading critical technology projects to deliver secure, high‑performance solutions aligned with business goals.
Expectations: Deliver strategic IT guidance, ensure project execution within scope, schedule, and budget, and foster continuous improvement through technology innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect IT infrastructure, systems, security, cloud, and application integration, documenting and updating design artifacts.
- Evaluate, recommend, and integrate new technologies that meet business and strategic requirements.
- Define and enforce architecture standards, best practices, performance metrics, and security controls.
- Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, procedures, and interventions.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage IT projects (infrastructure upgrades, cybersecurity, data migration, integration).
- Define project deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Communicate project status to internal stakeholders (clinics, labs, operating rooms) and external vendors.
- Monitor progress, assess risks, and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
- Serve as the primary technology reference for senior leadership and IT teams.
- Lead vendor and partner collaboration to support project success.
- Conduct ongoing technology watch and propose enhancements.
Required Skills:
- Expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), networking, and security.
- Strong project management skills: planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management.
- Familiarity with architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and ITIL practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities.
- Ability to drive technical initiatives and influence change across the organization.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Institute certifications such as TOGAF, ITIL Foundation, or equivalent.
- Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM) preferred.
