Job Title: ServiceNow Administrator Role Summary Senior ServiceNow Administrator responsible for daily system administration, maintenance, and change management for a U.S. Government client. Manages incident, problem, change, catalog, service level, and asset processes, ensuring compliance with client standards and SOX audit requirements. Provides SME support, configuration design, and training while overseeing performance and risk management. Expectations - Minimum 8–12 years of direct ServiceNow administration experience. - Ability to independently perform all functional duties. - Possess or earn a ServiceNow Administrator certification (preferred). - Comply with U.S. Government client standards and audit controls. - Deliver timely incident and change resolution, documentation, and training. Key Responsibilities - Perform daily administration, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. - Manage Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Service Level, and Asset Management modules. - Design and implement organization group roles, change coordinator groups, and system interfaces. - Conduct unit testing, SIT/CAT planning, and production readiness checks. - Act as escalation point for end‑user and technical support inquiries. - Update common data elements (categorization, user, knowledge base, CMDB). - Execute monthly ServiceNow SOX audits and other audit activities. - Monitor system performance, provide reporting, and recommend improvements. - Plan and design new application integrations and custom configurations. - Deliver ServiceNow education and training to end users and stakeholders. **Job Title** Full Stack Developer **Role Summary** Develop and maintain full‑stack web applications while providing expert administration, configuration, and automation of Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian Guard. The role begins with a focus on Jira (≈70 % of time) and transitions to a primary full‑stack development focus (≈70 %).
