Job Title: ATM Engineer (Application Traffic Management) Role Summary: Design, configure, and support F5 and AVI load balancing solutions across on‑prem, hybrid, and cloud environments. Provide secure, high‑availability connectivity for enterprise applications, consult business stakeholders, and deliver 24x7 operational support with on‑call escalation. Expectations: - 6‑month contract with in‑person interview requirement. - Fully mobile for Merrimack NH, Westlake TX, Boston MA, and Durham NC locations. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and implement F5/AVI load balancing for critical applications. - Consult with business partners on best‑practice solutions and technology options. - Troubleshoot complex application traffic issues and coordinate with network engineering. - Participate in shift‑oriented operations support and 24x7 availability maintenance. - Serve on a 3rd‑level engineering escalation support rotation; perform on‑call duties. - Apply ITSM methodologies to deliver reliable IT services.
