Platform: Microsoft Dynamics 365

Location: Remote

Duration: Long Term

Rate: $40 to $50/hr. all inklusive on C2C/1099 max.

Role Overview

Looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator to support and manage Dynamics 365 across Finance, HR, and Call Center (Customer Care) modules, including IVR integration and setup.

Must-Have Skills

Strong experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Hands-on support for Finance, HR, and Call Center/Customer Care modules
IVR setup and integration experience (preferred)
User management, security roles, workflows, and system configuration
Troubleshooting, monitoring, and day-to-day CRM support
Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Key Requirements

Experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator

Strong customer care / call center CRM experience

Knowledge of case management, queues, SLAs

IVR integration or setup experience preferred

Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
