Job Title: Content Marketer (Part-Time Contract)
Role Summary: Produce and manage high‑impact B2B content across the buyer journey for a SaaS organization. Drive brand visibility, thought leadership, and demand generation through multi‑format copy (blogs, guides, social posts, videos, reports) and collaborative strategy.
Expectations: Deliver top‑quality content on a part‑time, contract basis. Work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain consistent brand voice while applying SEO, data analysis, and cross‑functional insights to inform strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, edit, and publish blog posts, customer stories, guides, video scripts, infographics, and research reports aligned with campaign goals.
- Build and maintain editorial calendars, prioritize topics, and shape content strategy in partnership with marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams.
- Identify new content opportunities based on product updates, industry trends, and data insights.
- Repurpose existing assets into different formats to extend reach and maximize ROI.
- Interview subject matter experts and customers to extract compelling narratives.
- Optimize content for search (SEO/AI SEO) and social platforms, using keyword research and analytics tools.
- Track performance metrics, derive insights, and adjust tactics for continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years in content marketing, copywriting, or related role, preferably within B2B SaaS, EdTech, or FinTech.
- Demonstrated portfolio of engaging, multi‑stage buyer‑journey content.
- Expertise in SEO/AI SEO, including keyword research, on‑page optimization, and performance tools (SEMrush, Google Analytics, HubSpot, WordPress).
- Ability to produce long‑form written content, video scripts, and short‑form social copy.
- Strong project management, organization, and deadline‑management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative mindset.
- Analytical thinking with data‑driven strategy development.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred.
- Any certifications in digital marketing, content strategy, or SEO are a plus.
