Job title: AI Business Analyst
Role Summary:
Bridge business and technical teams to design, implement, and support AI‑enabled automation and workflow enhancements within Oracle HCM/ERP environments. Translate business requirements into functional solutions, leveraging AI, machine learning, and robotic process automation to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience across HR, finance, and operations.
Expectations:
- 3–5+ years of Business Analysis experience in ERP/enterprise technology.
- Proven ability to deliver functional specifications, process maps, and user stories.
- Strong analytical mindset with familiarity in process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma).
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Oracle HCM/ERP modules.
- Identify opportunities for AI/ML, NLP, and workflow automation to enhance processes.
- Collaborate with engineering, integration, and automation teams to design RPA or AI‑enabled orchestration workflows.
- Develop functional specifications, process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Oracle enhancements and AI workflows.
- Support AI model validation, testing, data quality assessments, and integration with Oracle systems/APIs.
- Participate in system configuration reviews, UAT planning/execution, and change management.
- Monitor and analyze automation metrics, ROI, and process performance KPIs.
- Ensure alignment between business processes and Oracle HCM/ERP best practices.
- Act as the primary liaison between HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders and technical teams.
Required Skills:
- Business Analysis in ERP or enterprise technology environments.
- Direct experience with Oracle ERP/HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Supply Chain).
- Working knowledge of AI and workflow automation (ML/NLP, RPA, decision automation, bots).
- Familiarity with data models, integrations, and APIs within enterprise systems.
- Expertise in authoring requirements documents (BRD/FRD), user stories, and workflow diagrams.
- Strong analytical and process improvement capabilities; Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Excellent communication skills for both business and technical audiences.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or Oracle functional expertise preferred.
