Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented HRIS Data Analyst to support HR systems, reporting, and data integrity initiatives. This role will play a key part in an upcoming HRIS transformation project migrating from PeopleSoft to Workday. The analyst will work with HR and IT teams to ensure accurate data extraction, validation, and reporting throughout the transition.

Key Responsibilities

Support HR data management and reporting within PeopleSoft HRIS.
Assist with data preparation, validation, and migration efforts from PeopleSoft to Workday.
Extract, transform, and analyze HR data using SQL and ETL processes.
Develop dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and Excel to support HR and business decision-making.
Perform data validation, data correction, and data cleansing to ensure HR data accuracy before and during migration.
Support data governance initiatives by maintaining data standards, documentation, and compliance.
Partner with HR, IT, and project teams to identify data discrepancies and resolve issues during the migration process.
Provide insights and reporting on workforce data through data visualization tools.

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in a Data Analyst, HRIS Analyst, or HR Data Analyst role.
Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HRIS (required).
Experience supporting HRIS implementations, upgrades, or data migrations is strongly preferred.
Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing large datasets.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation).
Experience building dashboards and reports using Tableau and/or Power BI.
Experience with ETL processes, data validation, and data correction.
Understanding of data governance and data quality best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

Workday experience is a plus, particularly in HRIS implementations or migrations.
Experience working with HR, payroll, or workforce analytics data.
Strong ability to communicate data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
