Job Title: Account Executive Role Summary: Execute influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish, sourcing and contracting creators, managing budgets and deliverables, coordinating content creation, launching campaigns, monitoring performance, and conducting post-campaign analysis to optimize results for clients. Expactations: - 0–1+ years experience in influencer, social media, digital marketing, PR, or related field. - Proven ability to operate in fast‑paced, multi‑project environments. - Strong negotiation, organization, and judgment skills with a focus on detail and speed to market. - Effective communicator capable of managing external creator relationships and internal cross‑functional teams. - Adaptable learner with a bias toward action, curiosity, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, vet, and secure creators aligned with client objectives, including backup talent. - Negotiate rates, scope of work, and contracts within approved budgets. - Serve as primary point of contact for influencers and agencies throughout the campaign. - Oversee content development, revisions, approvals, and quality control from drafting to final delivery. - Manage multiple concurrent campaigns (8–10) with precise tracking of timelines, milestones, and deliverables. - Execute go‑live processes, monitor publishing, and ensure compliance with approval decks or portals. - Process and verify influencer payments, ensuring financial follow‑through. - Contribute to post‑campaign analyses, identifying insights and improvement opportunities. - Collaborate with Account Managers, fellow Account Executives, and cross‑functional teams, adhering to playbooks and applying real‑time judgment. Required Skills: - Influencer sourcing & evaluation, platform fluency, and trend awareness. - Negotiation, budgeting, and contract management. - Project and program management, multitasking, and organizational rigor. - Clear, professional written and oral communication. - Analytical mindset for performance review. - Team collaboration and ownership mindset. Required Education & Certifications: - Minimum high‑school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred. - No mandatory certifications; knowledge of digital marketing tools and emerging platform analytics is advantageous.
