WHY NEW ENGEN?

At New Engen, we help brands grow—not just bigger, but smarter. We’re a digital marketing agency built to drive meaningful impact across the entire customer journey, blending media, creative, analytics, influencer, and retail strategies into performance-driven campaigns.

Some clients partner with us through long-term agency relationships. Others tap into specialized solutions—like Donut Studios, our in-house creative studio for platform-native and short-form content, or Acorn Creator Suite, our influencer marketing solution built for retail impact. While each solution brings its own focus and flavor, they’re all part of how we deliver for our clients, together, as one team.

We’re a collaborative group of strategists, creatives, analysts, and makers who are all in on helping brands—and each other—thrive. We work hard, stay humble, and build with purpose.

What You’ll Do

Own Influencer Campaign Execution End to End

Take ownership of influencer campaigns once they are kicked off, managing programs from creator sourcing through post-campaign wrap.
Source, vet, and recommend creators aligned to client goals, often identifying backup talent and clearly articulating fit and rationale.
Build and package influencer pitchbacks for client approval, using portals or decks depending on client needs.

Manage Creator Relationships and Deliverables

Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for influencers and creator agencies.
Negotiate influencer rates within approved budgets and manage conversations with creators, agents, and representatives.
Contract influencers, manage scopes of work, and ensure clarity on deliverables, timelines, and expectations.
Oversee content development from first draft through revisions, approvals, and final delivery, maintaining strong quality control.

Drive Program Management and Speed to Market

Manage multiple concurrent campaigns, often 8–10 at a time, across different stages of execution.
Operate comfortably in fast-turn environments, with timelines that can range from a few days to several weeks.
Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables with precision, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Launch, Monitor, and Wrap Campaigns

Oversee go-live processes and monitor influencer content once published.
Submit influencer payments and support financial follow-through.
Contribute to post-campaign analysis and post-mortems, helping the team understand what worked and where to improve.

Collaborate Across Teams

Partner closely with Account Managers, fellow Account Executives, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
Follow established playbooks and processes while applying sound judgment in real-time decision making.

What You’ll Bring

Experience and Execution Mindset

0–1+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, digital marketing, public relations, communications, or a related field.
Internship, coursework, or project experience working with creators, influencers, or social media campaigns is a plus.
Comfortable operating in execution-focused, fast-paced environments where multiple projects may be moving at once.

Influencer and Platform Fluency

Strong understanding of social media platforms and creator ecosystems, with a pulse on influencer culture and trends.
Ability to assess creator fit beyond surface-level metrics, balancing brand alignment, content quality, and audience relevance.

Negotiation, Organization, and Judgment

Confidence navigating compensation discussions, scopes of work, and influencer negotiations.
Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills; you’re known for keeping complex programs organized and on track. Ability to make thoughtful decisions quickly and escalate issues appropriately when needed.

Communication and Collaboration

Clear, professional communicator with the ability to manage external relationships and internal partners effectively.
Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Growth-Oriented and Adaptable

Comfortable learning new tools, platforms, and processes.
Bias toward action, curiosity, and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.
