Job Description

Job title: Full Stack Engineer Role Summary: Design and develop scalable, secure banking solutions across mobile, web, and cloud platforms. Lead engineering efforts, enforce best practices, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality digital products. Expactations: Deliver technical leadership, maintain architectural standards, and drive continuous improvement in development processes, testing, and observability. Key Responsibilities - Architect and implement mobile applications using React Native. - Build and maintain backend services in Java/Python/Node on AWS (Lambda, EC2, RDS). - Design microservice and API‑driven systems with event‑driven patterns, including Event Sourcing and CQRS. - Develop infrastructure as code with Terraform; containerize services using Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes. - Collaborate with quality assurance to establish automated tests, performance benchmarks, and monitoring. - Communicate complex technical concepts to senior stakeholders and influence technology decisions. - Mentor and guide engineering teams toward pragmatic yet technically sound solutions. Required Skills - Proficiency in React Native and experience with React JS. - Strong backend programming in Java, Python, or Node.js. - Deep knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, EC2, RDS, etc.). - Experience with Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. - Hands‑on implementation of event‑driven architectures (Event Sourcing, CQRS). - Familiarity with performance testing, monitoring, and observability tools. - Solid understanding of microservices, API design, and data‑rich systems. - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to simplify technical complexity.
