Job Description
**Job Title** Data & AI – Associate Manager **Role Summary** Lead and manage end‑to‑end data transformation projects for C‑level stakeholders across digital marketing, commerce, finance, service, and IT. Drive the design, development, deployment, and adoption of data products (dashboards, warehouses, predictive models, etc.) while expanding the Data & AI practice and portfolio growth. **Expectations** - Build and scale the Data & AI practice with new client opportunities and cross‑sell/upsell initiatives. - Deliver high‑value data projects using agile product management and rigorous stakeholder engagement. - Mentor and develop junior consultants and senior managers in data expertise. **Key Responsibilities** - Advise C‑level clients on data strategy, priorities, and road‑map across business domains. - Own the full lifecycle of data products—from requirements gathering, user journeys, and acceptance criteria, to technical design, rollout, and ROI measurement. - Prioritize and structure product roadmaps in collaboration with business and technical teams. - Ensure delivery quality through testing, feedback loops, and continuous improvement. - Champion change management to drive adoption and measurable business impact. - Evangelize Data & AI concepts to technical and executive audiences. - Recruit, train, mentor, and coach the Data & AI team. - Respond to RFPs: analyze requirements, estimate, and propose solutions. - Strengthen existing client relationships, uncover new opportunities, and support expansion into new regions. - Stay current on industry trends and contribute to product evolution. **Required Skills** - 6+ years of proven experience in data analysis, data management, or data consulting. - Demonstrated ability to lead agile projects and manage data product lifecycles. - Experience delivering complex, end‑to‑end data solutions in diverse, often multinational, environments. - Strong command of Python, SQL, DAX/Power Query; familiarity with GCP, Azure, AWS, Snowflake. - Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. - Proven ability to guide teams through change and foster knowledge transfer. - Effective communication with both technical teams and executive stakeholders. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree (MBA, Master’s in Engineering, or equivalent) from a recognized business school or university (Bac+5).

Job title: HR Personnel Administration Officer Role Summary: Responsible for managing employee files, contract administration, and ensuring legal compliance of all HR processes. Acts as the primary liaison for administrative matters and supports statutory obligations, audits, and CSE activities. Expectations: - Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date personnel records within the HRIS. - Ensure adherence to French labour law and internal policies. - Collaborate cross‑functionally to support growth‑driven HR operations.
