**Role Summary**
Lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable Salesforce and integration solutions for an early‑education system. Act as the technical bridge between business requirements and enterprise architecture, guiding Agile teams through strategy, development, and delivery.
**Expectations**
- Deliver end‑to‑end architecture that meets performance, security, and compliance standards.
- Champion best practices in Salesforce development, integration, and DevOps.
- Mentor and coach development teams on platform technologies, patterns, and quality practices.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Architect comprehensive Salesforce solutions and complex API‑based integrations.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into cost‑effective, secure designs.
- Ensure data security, performance, backup, and risk mitigation; decide on standard vs. custom functionality.
- Lead code reviews, design workshops, release planning, backlog refinement, user‑story decomposition, and acceptance criteria in Agile settings.
- Set up Salesforce environments, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps processes using industry tools.
- Produce technical documentation, data models, solution diagrams, and WCAG 2.1‑compliant designs.
- Mentor teams on Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, SOSL/SOQL, admin functions, unit testing, data migration/ETL, mobile architecture, Shield, Lightning, and version control.
**Required Skills**
- Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, integration, Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, SOSL/SOQL.
- Advanced admin knowledge, patterns, unit testing, and configurations.
- Proficiency in object‑oriented languages (Apex, Java, JavaScript), data migration/ETL, mobile solutions.
- Strong experience with Shield, Lightning, DevOps/CI/CD, GitHub/BitBucket, and Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and version control best practices.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Salesforce Technical Architect/Application Architect certification
- Salesforce Integration Architect certification
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification
- Copado certification
- MuleSoft Certified Developer – Level 1 and Level 2
**Experience**
- 10+ years in requirements analysis, business‑process design, and complex Salesforce solution architecture.
- 5+ years of experience with accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1) and version control.
