**Job Title**
VP of Brand
**Role Summary**
Lead Enterprise Brand Strategy and Execution across all touchpoints, ensuring EveryDose remains emotionally resonant, visually cohesive, and culturally relevant as it scales. Own brand vision, creative direction, and systems while driving commercial impact in DTC and retail channels.
**Expectations**
- 10+ years in senior brand leadership roles within CPG, wellness, or lifestyle, including DTC and retail.
- Proven track record of scaling a brand across paid, organic, email/SMS, web, packaging, retail, and PR while safeguarding integrity.
- Strong creative instincts coupled with operational rigor – ability to translate vision into executable campaigns.
- Decision‑making capability that balances intuition, data, and business objectives.
- Deep empathy for the customer’s emotional experience.
- Comfortable partnering directly with founders and executive teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Brand Strategy & Vision** – Define, evolve, and execute brand strategy; manage positioning, narratives, audience clarity, and architecture.
2. **Creative & Storytelling** – Lead creative direction for content, campaigns, packaging, and launches; maintain human, authentic storytelling while meeting performance goals.
3. **Brand Systems & Consistency** – Build and maintain voice, tone, messaging, visual identity, and guardrails; ensure cross‑channel consistency and rapid course correction.
4. **Cross‑Functional Leadership** – Partner with Growth, Product/Innovation, CX, and Community to align brand, performance, and customer experience.
5. **Team Leadership** – Recruit, mentor, and lead a high‑performing brand and creative team; set quality standards and foster iterative improvement.
