Job Description
Job title: Administrative Marketing Assistant Role Summary: Supports the marketing and sales teams with daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient department operations, including expense reporting, event logistics, promotional inventory management, and document preparation. Expactations: Collaborative, detail‑oriented, self‑directed professional who can work independently, prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment, and maintain accuracy and reliability across all responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including monthly expense reporting. - Create, order, and manage promotional items for trade shows, golf tournaments, and special events. - Stock, organize, and ship promotional assets to internal and external customers. - Update and maintain the company promotional store inventory. - Schedule and manage customer appreciation campaigns. - Coordinate participation and sponsorship for charity golf tournaments. - Prepare, format, and edit a variety of marketing documents and presentations. - Serve as back‑up for reception/front desk duties. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). - Strong written and verbal communication abilities. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively without supervision. - Energetic, proactive attitude toward new projects and initiatives. - Dependable and reliable in handling sensitive marketing materials and schedules.
