GA Telesis is seeking an energetic Administrative Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing and Sales team in its administrative duties. This position is very fast-paced and will execute daily tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the ideal Marketing Assistant candidate should be forward-thinking, detailed oriented, a team player, and an execution-focused marketing professional with, efficiency, and accuracy.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the marketing department including monthly expense reporting
Create and order all promotional items for trade shows, golf tournaments, and special events
Stock, organize, and ship promotional items for the internal and external customer
Update company store with promotional items as necessary
Schedule and manage customer appreciation campaigns
Organize charity golf tournament participation and sponsorship
Prepare, format, and edit a wide range of documents
Back-up reception/front desk

Qualifications:

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-directed and able to work without supervision
Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
Reliability is a must
