**Job Title:** Director of Sales **Role Summary:** Lead sales department to drive revenue growth through strategic sales execution, team development, and marketing planning. **Expactations:** Demonstrate expertise in consultative sales, revenue management, and team leadership. Require 3+ years direct sales experience and capacity to mentor high-performing sales talent. Develop and manage annual marketing plans, budgets, and cross-departmental collaboration. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee direct sales and marketing operations. - Manage top accounts and lead sales team. - Apply consultative sales process and revenue management strategies. - Allocate 50% of time to outside sales efforts. - Maintain sales documentation and trace systems. - Develop annual marketing plans and budgets. - Lead daily/weekly sales team meetings. - Represent hotel in local community initiatives. - Occasional Manager on Duty (M.O.D.) coverage. **Required Skills:** - Advanced verbal, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in guest relations and guest satisfaction. - Strong time management and consultative sales expertise. - Familiarity with market qualification and trace management systems. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Administration. - Certified Hospitality Sales Professional (CHSP) preferred. - Minimum 3 years’ experience in direct sales roles. - Demonstrated understanding of revenue and expense budget administration.
