Drive the design, deployment, and improvement of analytic solutions that inform product and marketing decisions. Expectations * Deliver high‑quality, on‑time models that satisfy business objectives. * Champion best practices and emerging technologies within the analytics team. * Communicate complex findings to non‑technical stakeholders and influence strategy. * Build strong cross‑functional relationships and act as the primary modelling contact. Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and deploy ML models using Azure ML and other cloud platforms. * Create custom segmentation and analytical models to deepen client understanding of customers. * Partner with product, development, and marketing teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. * Define and manage the rollout of analytic products and models across the organization. * Advise on statistical techniques and design data experiments, including A/B testing and performance evaluation. * Prioritize new modelling initiatives, craft roadmaps, and manage resources and delivery schedules. * Maintain and improve existing analytic products, recommending and implementing enhancements. * Act as a thought leader, staying current with industry trends and applying them to practice.
