**Job Title:** Assistant Manager, Global Brand Marketing
**Role Summary:**
Support the planning and execution of global 360° brand campaigns for a Japanese‑inspired skincare brand. Collaborate with Creative, Product Development, PR, Digital, Retail, and Regional Marketing teams to deliver consistent, high‑impact campaign assets and launch initiatives across all channels.
**Expectations:**
- Manage multiple simultaneous global launch projects with tight timelines.
- Deliver accurate status reports, launch trackers, and risk mitigation plans.
- Ensure brand consistency and asset quality across all touchpoints.
- Build and maintain relationships with global partners, ambassadors, and influencers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and roll out global campaign toolkits for new products and core line support.
- Act as day‑to‑day liaison between internal global and regional teams to capture launch needs and track asset requirements.
- Maintain project timelines, milestone adherence, and risk identification.
- Coordinate internal alignment meetings, follow‑ups, and ownership of next steps.
- Brief, review, and route creative assets (social, paid media, e‑commerce, mailers, events, in‑store).
- Consolidate feedback, track versions, and ensure timely delivery of final assets to partners.
- Assist in execution of global brand partnerships, limited‑edition merchandise, gifting, influencer mailers, and event support.
- Manage relationships with global ambassadors and coordinate event concepting, sample distribution, and recaps.
**Required Skills:**
- 2–4 years in Brand Marketing, Global Marketing, Creative Agency/Production, or related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to cross‑functional teams.
- Proactive, resourceful, and solutions‑oriented mindset.
- Passion for skincare, brand storytelling, and cultural authenticity.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline.
- Preferred: experience in beauty, wellness, or luxury sectors.
