Job Description
**Job Title:** Salesforce Specialist - Residential Sales **Role Summary:** Administrate and support Salesforce (Sales and Marketing Cloud) for Residential Sales operations, ensuring system efficiency, user training, compliance, and data integrity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver system enhancements and reporting solutions. **Expectations:** - Maintain seamless Salesforce operations, user enablement, and compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR). - Prioritize collaboration with Technology, Finance, and Residential Sales teams to resolve system and business needs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Administer Salesforce: Configure user profiles, roles, permissions, and custom objects; ensure data accuracy. - Design and deliver user training programs and documentation. - Build and manage internal/external reports, dashboards, and ad hoc data analysis. - Support invoicing workflows, payment tracking, and reconciliation with finance. - Manage GDPR-compliant email marketing campaigns and property listing updates. - Monitor regulatory compliance (GDPR) and support audits/subject access requests. - Collaborate with sales teams on administrative tasks and system updates. **Required Skills:** - Minimum 2 years’ Salesforce administration experience. - Strong understanding of GDPR and compliance frameworks. - Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, reporting, and user training. - Experience with email marketing tools (Salesforce-integrated), invoicing systems, and DocuSign. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred). - Prior sales administration or property administration experience (preferred).
